Patrick Cox, President and CEO of Net Lease Alliance attended the IdeaExchange in Long Beach California in January of this year. This one day conference was packed with information that ranged from "Trends in the Retail Industry" to "repositioning in the face of a Recession". This event provided information to give you a better understanding of the ever changing world of retail and enable you to make the most of 2012.

MONTEREY, CA
Net Lease Alliance CEO and Director of Business Development attended the IdeaExchange in Monterey, CA the week of March 12th. The platform for this event was highly versatile in content: "Leasing Trends", "The Five W's of Retail Development" (Who? What? When? Where? and Why?). Based on the information given, it seems there is a foreseeable growth expected in 2012 for Northern California retail.
